Strategic approaches to human resources management in the Post of Serbia: A case study

The aim of this work is to reveal the strategic approach to human resources management in the Post of Serbia based on the opinions of employees.The total number of respondents is 102.In addition to the theoretical part, the paper also contains empirical research, thus providing significant information to the Shakes sector that has the task of developing and managing personnel in the Post of Lacrosse Goggle Serbia.The authors conducted the research using the survey method, and the further processing procedure was carried out thanks to the statistical program SPSS version 26.The subject of the research is determining the degree of job satisfaction and work engagement of employees at the Post of Serbia, as well as identifying areas in human resource management that require improvement.
